Join us, friends, clients, colleagues, and partners for a night of dancing as we support local housing initiatives like the new Cold Smoke neighborhood on the May 6 ballot.
Cold Smoke, a new development proposed by the Housing Trust, will add 389 deed-restricted homes for rent and purchase by any full-time member of Big Sky’s workforce. The Housing Trust hopes to deliver the first 50-100 homes in 2028.
