This opportunity is for employers only. Your business must be located in the Big Sky Resort Area District to rent at RiverView Suites.

Lone Mountain Land Co. owns and manages these rentals. The monthly rent for a four-bedroom furnished suite is $6,200 plus an estimated $550 in utilities. Each suite accommodates four and contains a large kitchen, living area, two bathrooms, and a washer and dryer.

LMLC anticipates occupation on December 15, 2024. Because the units are still under construction, tours are not available yet.
