Good Deeds Tax Document Upload

WHY IS THIS VERIFICATION NECESSARY?

"Qualified Resident means a natural person who works an average of 30 hours per week a year or more at a Qualified Business in Big Sky and earns at least 75% of his or her income from such business. A Qualified Business in Big Sky means a business located within the Big Sky Resort Area District or is registered with the Big Sky Resort Area District." (Section 2d of the Good Deeds Restriction)

Please upload a copy of your 2022 tax return, or similar, as proof that you earned 75% of your income from a business located in Big Sky. If you did not live in the property, please upload the tax document for the person living in the property that meets this requirement. Only one occupant per household needs to meet this requirement.
