Rent Local
Earn cash and help house local workers with a long-term lease. Rent Local pairs homeowners with locals in need of stable, year-round housing.

Homeownership List
Please join the ownership interest list if you work full-time in Big Sky and wish to purchase a deed-restricted home like MeadowView Condos.
Good Deeds Program
Good Deeds helps local buyers purchase market-rate homes by contributing up to 20% of the purchase price. In exchange, buyers agree to a permanent deed restriction that keeps the homes preserved for Big Sky’s workforce.

Why do Big Sky locals need homes?
Everyone deserves a safe, stable place to call home. In Big Sky, that stability is increasingly out of reach.
Long-term rental vacancy in Big Sky remains effectively zero, leaving residents across income levels, from service workers to teachers earning some of the lowest starting salaries in the country, with few housing options.
At the same time, the cost of homeownership has climbed far beyond what local wages can support.
Since 2019, housing costs have surged far beyond local wages.
